• Study material you provide — text, documents, images or links you upload for personal study, and the studies generated from them.
• Preferences & companion settings — your voice, tone, study style, session times and prayer points.
• Usage & progress — streaks, completed studies, reflections and your private Spiritual Journey timeline.
• Technical data — device type and app diagnostics used to keep the service reliable.

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your interactive studies, meditations, plans and prayer sessions.
• To personalise your companion, recommendations and reminders.
• To maintain your progress, streaks and journey across your devices.
• To improve Gracia, keep it secure, and respond to your enquiries.

Your material & rights

Before we process any material you provide, you confirm that you have lawful access to it for personal study. Your uploaded material and generated studies are used to provide the service to you. We discourage redistribution of copyrighted material and preserve attribution where appropriate.

Your journey is private

Your Spiritual Journey timeline is private by default. Gracia is not a social feed — your reflections and history are for you.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Gracia (for example, hosting and AI processing), under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Your choices

You can access, update or delete your account information from within the app, and contact us to request deletion of your data. You can manage notifications and preferences at any time.

Children

Gracia is intended for general audiences. Where family or kids’ content is used, it should be accessed under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy as Gracia grows. We’ll post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
